Courtyard 82 is a modern interpretation of traditional vernacular Arabic courtyard houses, influenced by Ottoman architecture. The project layout closely mirrors that of traditional courthouses, with all spaces arranged around a central courtyard featuring a mini water fountain and a citrus tree. Residents can access this courtyard through foldable glass windows. The elongated arches offer a contemporary twist on traditional arch designs, creating an exceptional spatial experience and access to outdoor areas. The prominent arch symbolizes the traditional Liwan space, dedicated to welcoming guests.
